Business Development Manager – South Korea

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our company in South Korea. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial markets and a proven track record of acquiring and managing clients or partners.

What You Will Do

Identify, develop, and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and partners, drive client acquisition and revenue growth, and build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, partners, and affiliates.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a business development/sales role within the Forex / CFDs or financial trading industry, a strong network of IBs, affiliates, or HNW retail/institutional clients, and excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a business development/sales role within the Forex / CFDs or financial trading industry
• Strong network of IBs, affiliates, or HNW retail/institutional clients
• Solid understanding of MT4/MT5, cTrader, and TradingView platforms, and the structure of brokerage services
• Native Korean
• Good command of English
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
