Performance Marketing Assistant – Paid Search

Role Overview

As a Performance Marketing Assistant – Paid Search, you will support the Performance Marketing Manager in the day-to-day execution, optimisation, and reporting of PPC campaigns across a portfolio of brands within Frasers Group. This role is an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on experience in paid search, working across high-volume Google Ads accounts to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

What You Will Do

Key Responsibilities include supporting the setup, management, and optimisation of paid search campaigns across Google Ads, assisting with campaign builds, ad copy updates, and asset uploads, and monitoring campaign performance and identifying trends, opportunities, and potential issues.

Why It Might Be a Fit

A strong interest in performance marketing and paid search, with a desire to build a career in digital marketing, is desirable. Basic understanding of Google Ads is advantageous, and strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail are required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in digital marketing, PPC, or eCommerce is desirable but not essential
• A strong interest in performance marketing and paid search, with a desire to build a career in digital marketing
• Basic understanding of Google Ads is advantageous
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable working with data in Excel or Google Sheets
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn, develop, and take on new challenges
