We are looking for a Commercial Animator to develop, animate, and perform a network of home sales representatives. The role involves personal commercial activity, team organization, recruitment, training, animation, and performance monitoring.
What You Will Do
Prospect and commercialize Free fiber offers, plan field tours, recruit and train home sales representatives, optimize sales performance, and lead a dynamic team.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The role requires experience in direct BtoC sales, commercial team animation, leadership, coaching, organization, and time management skills. Knowledge of the telecommunications sector is an advantage.
