We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Customer Success Manager to oversee client projects from post-sale through final delivery.

Requirements

  • Guide clients through the full project lifecycle after sales closure
  • Collect and organize required documentation
  • Submit permit applications and track approvals
  • Coordinate and communicate production and installation timelines
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, updates, and issue resolution
  • Monitor project progress to ensure completion within a 4–6 week timeframe
  • Confirm project completion, including documentation and photos
  • Support final payment collection and project closure
