We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Customer Success Manager to oversee client projects from post-sale through final delivery. This role focuses on ensuring a smooth, well-communicated experience while coordinating across multiple stages of production and installation.
Requirements
- Guide clients through the full project lifecycle after sales closure, including onboarding and process orientation
- Collect and organize required documentation such as logos, surveys, and approvals
- Submit permit applications and track approvals with relevant authorities
- Coordinate and communicate production and installation timelines
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, updates, and issue resolution
- Monitor project progress to ensure completion within a 4–6 week timeframe
- Confirm project completion, including documentation and photos
- Support final payment collection and project closure
