Role Overview
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager/Project Lead to help build a new business line in healthcare, replacing paper forms and phone calls with a digital platform. You will take ownership of shaping and developing our approach to hospitals and medical institutions across Germany. This role involves research, piloting, and building long-term relationships and processes.
What You Will Do
Your daily adventures will include research, designing and running pilots, coordinating onboarding and implementation, translating market insights into recommendations, and preparing presentations and reports for senior management.
Why It Might Be a Fit
To be successful in this role, you will need 3+ years of experience in consulting, project management, business development, or a related field, with fluency in German and English. You will need to be able to structure ambiguous problems, build a working approach from scratch, and operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
