Role Overview

Freeway Mexico is seeking a digital marketing coordinator to convert marketing priorities into disciplined execution and measurable results. The role coordinates campaigns, organic positioning, content, events, digital assets, and prospect tracking, connecting marketing work with the commercial needs of a technology consulting firm B2B.

What You Will Do

Coordinate and optimize B2B digital campaigns, review investment, audiences, keywords, ads, destination pages, conversions, and prospect quality. Detect opportunities for improvement in spending, segmentation, and conversion; coordinate adjustments with specialists and suppliers and evaluate their results.

The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, or B2B marketing, with essential knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Administration, Business, or related field
• Between 3 and 5 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, or B2B marketing
• Experience in coordinating campaigns, content, web, events, suppliers, and prospect tracking
• Essential knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager
• Practical SEO: search intent, keywords, content, destination pages, internal links, indexing, and measurement
• Knowledge or practical experience in AEO and GEO CRM and commercial funnel tracking
• Professional use of ChatGPT and Claude for research, analysis, planning, and deliverables
• Ability to interpret metrics, identify problems, formulate hypotheses, and follow up on corrective actions
