FP&A Manager

Role Overview

The FP&A Manager manages daily transactional operations of FP&A processes, delivers services that meet Service Level Agreements, and improves operational effectiveness and efficiency.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include timely execution of ongoing transactions, monitoring process execution, and managing resolution processes of issues raised within the process area.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance / Controlling / Business Administration
• CPA, ACCA, CMA, CIMA or equivalent accounting certification
• 10+ years of experience in a relevant area (esp. FP&A)
• 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines with strong problem solving and organizational skills
• A high level of numerical and analytical skills
• Healthcare industry experience
• Proven experience in a multi-state, multiple legal entity environment
• In-depth knowledge of governance, standard management reporting & planning processes
