Director, Financial Planning & Analysis

Role Overview

The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis supports the US Region with direct responsibility for the IV-Solutions and Nutrition business units, through the management of planning and reporting activities. This role moves beyond traditional financial reporting to act as a key collaborator with business leadership, leveraging financial expertise and strategic insight to shape decisions impacting growth, profitability, cash flow, and productivity.

What You Will Do

Lead strategic planning for business units IV-Solutions and Nutrition management teams, present information and interact with all levels of employees, and provide financial analysis and information to guide and support business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or related field
• MBA, CPA, CMA a plus
• 10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years of management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Teams, SharePoint
• Ability to effectively influence and drive consensus with diverse stakeholders; demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities
