Front is hiring a Senior Compensation & Analytics Manager to bring rigor and structure to its compensation and people analytics, with a focus on scalable frameworks and AI tools. The role will own the end-to-end compensation cycle, build compensation bands, and design people analytics to drive business outcomes. The ideal candidate has 3-7+ years of experience in compensation, people analytics, or a blended strategic people function, with a strong understanding of benchmarking, salary band creation, and compensation modeling.
Requirements
- 3–7+ years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, People Analytics, or a blended strategic People function
- Direct experience owning or heavily supporting at least one full compensation cycle
- Strong understanding of benchmarking, salary band creation, and compensation modeling
- Demonstrated experience building and delivering executive-level analytics and board-level materials
- Experience designing People Analytics frameworks beyond standard reporting
