AI Automation Engineer II

Role Overview

As an AI Automation Engineer II, you will play an important role in the development, design, and deployment of AI solutions to ensure the quality and stability in our systems and workflows. You will use your strong problem-solving skills to ensure that the technology is performing optimally and meets our high standards.

What You Will Do

Design and deploy AI automation solutions across multiple interrelated systems, develop reusable prompts, workflows, copilots, and intelligent process automations, troubleshoot and resolve AI performance, integration, and automation issues, and improve automation coverage and operational efficiency through AI technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of AI, automation, software engineering, or related experience
• Experience with Python and AI orchestration frameworks
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases for data extraction and storage
• Experience integrating APIs, databases, and enterprise platforms
• Knowledge of responsible AI and model evaluation practices
• Familiarity with vector embeddings and Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus)
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar LLM orchestration tools
• Proven ability to design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
• Knowledge of ML concepts and understanding
