Digital Marketing Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality and has a genuine passion for our products. The role involves strategic development and independent management of our Europe-wide social media, email marketing, and other digital activities.

What You Will Do

The Digital Marketing Manager will select and manage external agencies and service providers, plan and execute content calendars and campaign plans, manage Social Media, Community Management, and Paid Media activities, and further develop CRM and marketing automation activities.

The ideal candidate will have around 5 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media, or CRM Marketing, and a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a comparable relevant qualification.

Requirements

• Around 5 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media, or CRM Marketing
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a comparable relevant qualification
• Experience in the fashion or textile industry, for example with a consumer or apparel brand, is a plus
• Strategic thinking, creativity, and a true hands-on mentality, ideally with a passion for photography or graphic design
• A solid understanding of the technical and commercial drivers of digital marketing
• A strong eye for visuals, design, impactful messaging, and trends
• A keen interest in data analytics, AI, digital trends, and emerging technologies
• Excellent German and English skills are essential for working in our international team!
