Financial Operations Manager

Role Overview

Reporting to the Administrative and Financial Director, you will oversee accounting activities, credit clients, and financial contracts of the company. You will manage a team of around 10 collaborators.

What You Will Do

Manage accounting activities, credit clients, and financial contracts, ensure accounting reliability, manage client risk, and optimize working capital needs.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You will directly supervise the Accounting, Collection, and Financial Contracts teams, and contribute to digital transformation projects of the Finance function.

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or Management
• At least 8 years of experience in financial functions with team management
• Solid knowledge in accounting, taxation, and client risk management
• Leadership, rigor, analysis spirit, and a strong appetite for continuous improvement, digitalization, and change management
• Master SAP, Excel, and financial reporting tools
