Role Overview
The Senior Manager, FP&A leads the site financial planning, forecasting, performance reporting, and business partnering activities. The role manages the FP&A team and translates operational and commercial drivers into clear financial outlooks, risks, opportunities, and actions.
What You Will Do
Lead the annual budget, re-budget, rolling forecast, and monthly forecast processes, including the Day 3 flash, in alignment with site and corporate timelines. Prepare executive-ready reporting and present monthly results, outlook, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions to site leadership and key stakeholders.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 8+ years of relevant finance or FP&A experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems
- Experience with enterprise planning tools such as Anaplan, Adaptive, or Hyperion and BI/reporting platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Annapan
- Effective people leadership, coaching, prioritization, and project management skills
- Clear written and verbal communication with the ability to present to senior audiences
