Role Overview

The Senior Manager of Marketing Intelligence & Analytics will translate complex data into actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness, customer acquisition, retention, car count, and profitability across the national automotive maintenance and repair network.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Data Science, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, data science, or a similar data-driven role
• Demonstrated experience in marketing performance measurement, advanced analytics, and multichannel marketing environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced SQL and experience working with Snowflake or comparable enterprise data platforms
• Proficiency in Tableau dashboard development
• Strong Excel, financial modeling, and data-wrangling skills
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, experimental design, and marketing performance measurement
• Working knowledge of major marketing disciplines and channels
• Proficiency with GA4 and Google Ads reporting
• Familiarity with the measurement and performance metrics of other major marketing platforms
• Ability to connect marketing performance to customer behavior, store operations, sales outcomes, and financial results
• Ability to independently frame complex business problems, identify appropriate analytical methodologies, and develop actionable recommendations
