CRM Manager (H/F) Temporary Position

Role Overview

The CRM Manager will be responsible for designing, piloting, and optimizing the CRM strategy to strengthen customer knowledge, loyalty, and relational performance. They will work closely with e-commerce, communication, retail, and IT teams to achieve this goal.

What You Will Do

The main responsibilities of the CRM Manager will include creating and deploying automated scenarios, defining and piloting customer journeys, establishing and evolving customer segments, and monitoring performance by segment.

Requirements

• Higher education (Bac+4/5) in marketing, CRM, or digital
• Confirmed experience (minimum 3 years) in CRM and relational marketing
• Mastery of a CRM solution and automation tools (Splio is a plus)
• Analytical mind, rigor, attention to detail
• Curiosity, proactivity, ability to innovate
• Excellent relational skills and ability to work in a transverse environment
• Fluent English appreciated
