Senior AI Automation & Integration Engineer

Role Overview

Join our IT & Digital Team at FUTRUE, a global healthcare pioneer, to work at the intersection of AI-assisted software development, process automation, and system integration.

What You Will Do

Design, implement, and operate robust integrations between SaaS and On-Prem systems, develop n8n workflows, create complex data mappings, and design AI Agent Team Members.

Requirements

• Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or an equivalent qualification
• Relevant experience in software development, system integration, and/or process automation
• In-depth knowledge of TypeScript and/or Python, REST/JSON, Webhooks, Event Architectures, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
• Practical experience with workflow/automation platforms (n8n) and connecting SaaS and On-Prem systems (OAuth2, API Keys, data mapping/transformation)
• Experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, agentic coding tools) and understanding of enterprise-grade AI code development
• Experience or strong interest in LLMs, AI agents, and their integration into business processes
