Revenue Growth Manager

Galderma is seeking a Revenue Growth Manager to join their Consumer Business Unit in North Sydney. The role involves supporting customer promotional plans, reviewing promotional performance, and working closely with Sales, Category, Marketing, and Finance teams. The ideal candidate will have commercial experience in FMCG, consumer healthcare, or a similar industry, and strong Excel and analytical skills.

Requirements

  • Commercial experience in FMCG, consumer healthcare, pharma, skincare, retail or a similar consumer-led industry
  • A good understanding of promotions, trade spend, pricing, margin, P&L or customer profitability
  • Experience across revenue growth, category, sales operations, commercial finance, trade strategy, pricing or customer planning
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into clear, practical recommendations
  • Exposure to Circana, IQVIA, EPOS, shopper or scan data would be highly regarded
  • A collaborative style and confidence working with Sales, Category, Marketing and Finance teams
