Business Development Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, research-oriented, and proactive Business Development Analyst to support deal sourcing, market research, CRM management, contact intelligence, and investor/business development activities.

Conduct target-market research, maintain CRM records, verify contact information, and prepare professional reports and presentation materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in business development, real estate, acquisitions, investment research, sales operations, CRM management, or a related field
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Experience with CRM systems and maintaining large databases
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
