We are looking for a Head of Product (Growth & Experience) to own the end-to-end player experience and drive growth in conversion, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate will have experience in product management, growth product, or UX-driven roles and a strong understanding of conversion funnels and user behaviour.

• Data-driven, comfortable with analytics and A/B testing
• Experience with mobile apps and web platforms
• Ability to translate business goals into product features
• Experience in betting, gaming, fintech, or high-conversion consumer apps is a plus
