Senior Financial Analyst – Accounting & Finance

Role Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for the finance function in one or more of our service areas, assisting Management with negotiating funding agreements, cost allocations, and preparing budgets.

What You Will Do

The role includes preparing internal/external financial reporting, coordinating disbursements and financial reporting, interpreting contract provisions, and analyzing contract-related issues.

This job requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Business Administration, 5+ years of accounting and finance experience, and proficiency in using Microsoft suite programs, especially Excel and Word.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Business Administration
• 5+ years of accounting and finance experience
• Proficiency in using Microsoft suite programs, especially Excel and Word
• Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation is an asset
• Additional relevant certifications or designations considered an asset
• Reliable Vehicle, Valid Driver’s License, Vehicle Registration and Third Party Liability Insurance
• Driver’s Abstract with less than six (6) demerit points current within one (1) year
• Police Information Check current within six (6) months
