What You Will Do

Develop and execute annual business plans to drive sales performance, formulate and implement targeted growth strategies, conduct market research, partner with distributors, and monitor and analyze financial, demographic, and technological trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of sales and marketing experience at a supervisory or managerial level
• Proven track record of self-direction, teamwork, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Creative problem solver with exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Passionate about customer service excellence, driven by success, and grounded in integrity
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, presentation, written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical, negotiation and numerical capabilities
• High computer literacy, including proficiency with web-based marketing platforms and social media
• A valid driver’s license and access to transportation
