Data Analyst

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join a growing international Data & Analytics team. In this role, you’ll work across multiple business functions, helping decision-makers better understand performance, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement through data.

What You Will Do

Analyse business performance and translate findings into clear recommendations, build, optimise, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions, perform deep-dive analyses and modelling using Python, and support the adoption of data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field
• Strong SQL skills
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modelling and DAX
• Experience using Python for data analysis and modelling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Professional fluency in both Dutch and English
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with occasional travel within the Netherlands
