Role Overview

The Manager- Sourcing Finance & FP&A will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analyzing product cost and cost drivers on a monthly and quarterly basis. The role will also involve overseeing and managing the monthly financial close process, strategic planning, and budgeting for the Freight sourcing business.

What You Will Do

The position will involve leading the preparation of STRAP, Annual Budget, Forecasts, and comprehensive variance analytics to support decision-making. The role will also involve managing the monthly financial close process, including reporting segment-wise financial performance and providing insightful commentary on deviations from Budget and Forecast.

Requirements

• CA/ICWA with 3–5-year experience
• CA Inter/Bachelor’s/master’s degree in accounting, Finance with five to ten years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis, including proficiency with MS Office and accounting software (e.g., Oracle, Onestream, PowerBI, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
• Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
