Role Overview

The North American Growth Leader is a strategic commercial role responsible for driving regional market assessment, segmentation, and long-term product strategy. Serving as the bridge between regional market realities and global product lines, you will define end-to-end solution architecture, craft go-to-market attack plans, and partner with Marketing to drive demand.

What You Will Do

Own the market assessment and sizing for North America, define market segmentation and target account lists, collaborate with Global Product Line on North American market intelligence, support Long Term Strategy planning, create commercial strategy and attack plan, develop and own the overall solution definition end-to-end, facilitate demand creation and customer engagement, own prospecting and opportunity identification, and support the progression of qualified opportunities through the sales cycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Power Engineering or other technical field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Utilities and/or Large Industrial customers on Automation & Control, Reliability, Telecom Infrastructure, or Power & Asset Management topics
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a commercial role (sales, account management, business development, or strategy)
• Minimum of 5 years experience in business planning, market strategy, or commercial analysis
