OFS FP&A Manager

Role Overview

This is a global position on the One Field Services (OFS) Finance team for the Gas Power Global Services business. The role is focused on enhancing the field services SIOP process from a financial standpoint and drives the implementation of global standard processes across the regions (ITRs & OFS).

What You Will Do

Act as the functional owner for Field Services ITR tool (Astro), lead the design and cross-functional implementation of global operating standards for Field Services fulfilments, and support Services planning, pacing, monthly close and reporting cycles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of financial work experience in a global business environment
• Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and to prioritize under pressure
• Proven record of consistently meeting and frequently exceeding expectations
• Operational mindset, with an interest in developing finance and business acumen
• Strong oral and written communication skills
