Digital Marketing Channel Specialist

Role Overview

As G.E.H.A’s Digital Marketing Channel Specialist, you will support the Growth team and broader organization goals by managing production of website updates, social media platforms, and email executions. You will review analytics data from various platforms and channels to generate actionable insights which improve the performance of our campaigns.

What You Will Do

Your duties will include utilizing Sitecore CMS to coordinate content across G.E.H.A’s websites, designing and implementing email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, posting social media content, and analyzing website performance metrics, user behavior, and conversion rates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business analytics, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in digital channel management, preferably in a digital marketing environment
• Proficient in Google Analytics, CMS management (SiteCore experience a plus), email marketing management (Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus) and social media management
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to draw actionable insights from complex data sets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
