Business Intelligence Analyst / Data Engineer

Role Overview

The Business Intelligence Analyst III / IV is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise business intelligence and visual analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision-making. This role transforms complex data into meaningful reports, dashboards, semantic models, and analytical solutions that support operational and strategic business outcomes.

What You Will Do

Design end-to-end business intelligence solutions, develop and maintain Power BI semantic models, reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions, apply advanced analytical and statistical techniques, and partner with stakeholders to frame analytical questions and deliver actionable reporting solutions.

Requirements

• Advanced experience designing, developing, deploying, and supporting business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI or comparable enterprise visualization platforms
• Strong proficiency with DAX, semantic modeling, dimensional modeling, Power Query, data visualization, and enterprise BI architecture
• Experience publishing and supporting Power BI solutions through Workspaces, Apps, Deployment Pipelines, and semantic model refresh processes
• Advanced SQL knowledge, including the ability to write, troubleshoot, and optimize complex queries used in reporting and analytics solutions
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical and analytical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an agile delivery environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver reliable solutions with minimal guidance
