GEICO is looking for highly motivated Customer Experience Specialists who will help manage the end-to-end claims experience for GEICO’s customers, claimants, and partners. The team is looking for candidates who are service driven, thrive in environments that require multitasking, and enjoy being on the go! Our industry-leading paid trainee program includes 3 weeks of required hands-on experience at our Ashburn, VA training facility.
Requirements
- Critical thinking and decision making in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prioritize work and multi-task, while navigating through multiple business applications
- Experience with KPIs and measurable goals
