Role Overview

The FP&A Claims Analyst role offers the opportunity to solve complex business challenges with real financial impact. Partnering directly with Claims leadership, analysts turn data into strategic recommendations that improve claim outcomes, increase operational efficiency, and shape the future direction of the business.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include financial analysis and modeling, analytics and insight generation, tool and framework development, business and stakeholder partnership, and execution and operational excellence.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a relative quantitative field, 1-3 years of FP&A, finance, or similar field experience, and proficiency with Microsoft tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or relative quantitative field
  • 1-3 years of FP&A, Finance, or similar field
  • Insurance industry knowledge preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Tools
  • Knowledge in SQL and Power BI preferred, but not required
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data driven recommendations
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
