Role Overview

The Data Analyst partners closely with business leaders to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic and operational decision-making. This role is responsible for leading and executing analytical projects with a strong focus on business outcomes, customer experience, and performance improvement.

What You Will Do

Lead large, complex ad hoc and planned analytical initiatives from problem definition through insight delivery. Identify analytical opportunities, proactively surface business questions, and recommend data-driven courses of action.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in analytics, business, economics, statistics, or a related field

• Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels
