Gener8 is hiring a Founding GTM, Data Partnerships to build and scale the commercial engine from the ground up. This role involves driving new revenue, shaping the go-to-market motion, and defining how the company sells a new category of data.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in licensing data, complex sales process, or strategic partnerships
- Proven track record closing large, complex deals (6-7 figure ARR)
- Strong understanding of data products, analytics, or digital ecosystems
- Builder mindset – you’ve operated in early-stage or high-growth environments
- Highly commercial, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity
