Sales Operations Support Specialist I

Role Overview

The Sales Operations Support Specialist I will own the execution of the full order lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to internal processes and customer requirements. This role will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order progression and timely delivery.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include order validation, entry, and management, coordinating with production scheduling, logistics, and finance, and monitoring and tracking orders to identify risks and escalate as appropriate.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, process discipline, and customer service orientation with strong communication skills. Experience with SAP or similar ERP and supporting manufacturing, industrial, or distributor-based environments is preferred.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent
• 1+ year experience in customer service, sales support, or operations role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Basic understanding of order-processing environments
