Retail Sales Operations & Communications Manager

Role Overview

The Retail Sales Operations & Communications Manager will work to integrate the retail and sales organizations, leading the Training team and developing and executing Dealer Network and Wholesale training. The ideal candidate will be an expert communicator, able to lead change, collaborate, and prioritize in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

The role will involve serving as a conduit of communication to the Dealer Network, integrating the retail and sales organizations on key strategies, and leading the Training team to develop and execute Dealer and Wholesale training.
