Genesys empowers organizations to improve customer and employee experiences through its AI-powered Experience Orchestration platform. The Analyst – Finance Operations Excellence role supports the Finance Shared Services Center in process improvement, automation, and governance initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance operations, shared services, reporting, data analytics, or process improvement preferred.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Tableau, including report viewing, validation, refresh checks, and dashboard maintenance.
• Good Excel skills, including basic formulas, lookups, pivots, and data checks.
• Good communication skills, with ability to coordinate with stakeholders, data owners, and technical teams.
