Role Overview

The Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis supports Motion’s Executive, Finance, and Operational Leadership by contributing to world-class financial analyses and providing thought-provoking, value-adding insight into the group’s financial performance.

What You Will Do

Designs and implements financial models and key performance indicator reports to drive value in the business. Analyzes profit & loss statements, explains variances in performance, and monitors actions to ensure delivery of financial commitments.

Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Economics from an accredited institution and zero (0) to two (2) years of related experience in Finance, Accounting or Business Analysis/Planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Economics from an accredited institution
  • Zero (0) to two (2) years of related experience in Finance, Accounting or Business Analysis/Planning
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel to include VBA, pivot tables and complex formulas
  • Project management ability to coordinate tasks, timelines, and resources
  • Proven problem-solving skills
  • Ability to identify and communicate solutions to complex business opportunities in a time-critical environment
  • Must be highly organized and detail oriented
