Manager, Product Marketing

Role Overview

Geotab is a global leader in IoT and connected transportation. We’re seeking a Manager, Product Marketing to lead a team of market-facing experts to drive growth and adoption of our product portfolio. You will be a key contributor to the product strategy and roadmap, responsible for developing compelling positioning and messaging.

What You Will Do

As a Manager, Product Marketing, you will own the go-to-market strategy, leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and campaigns. You will mentor your team, foster a culture of market expertise, and serve as a strategic partner to Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of work experience ideally in Product Marketing in SaaS
• 3–5 years in a supervisory role
• Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree specialization in Engineering, Business/Marketing, Computer Science or a related field highly valued
• Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes
• Solid understanding of product development and marketing principles
• Experience in developing sales tools and training programs
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate those needs into compelling product marketing strategies
• Experience coaching, managing and developing team members
• Ability to establish and optimize product marketing processes and standards
• Innovative thinker with a knack for developing unique marketing campaigns and strategies
• Deep understanding of customer needs and motivations
• Expertise in conducting in-depth competitive analysis and developing strategies to differentiate products
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers
