Requirements
- Lead a team of Sales Representatives within an assigned region selling products to different market segments
- Develop forecasts, set sales targets, and ensure those targets are met by Sales Representatives within the assigned region
- Expansion into new markets and new customer bases via commercial opportunities and new product launch projects
