We’re hiring a hands-on Growth Operator to take ownership of the performance engine of a fast-scaling DTC e-commerce brand. This role is for a builder who figures things out fast and gets things done. If you combine analytical thinking with hands-on e-commerce experience and an ownership mentality, this role is for you.
Requirements
- 2+ years hands-on experience in DTC / e-commerce with specific examples of brands or accounts you’ve directly managed
- Strong familiarity with Shopify and Meta Ads Manager
- Solid understanding of performance marketing and numbers (ROAS, CAC etc.)
- Fluent English (written and spoken)— clear communication is essential
