Salesforce Developer / Technical Consultant (CRM & Integrations)

Role Overview

As a Salesforce Developer / Technical Consultant (CRM & Integrations), you will develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and other standard platform capabilities. You will translate functional and business requirements into technically viable Salesforce components, automations, and integrations. You will build and maintain clean, reusable, and tested solutions across Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

What You Will Do

Your key activities will include developing Salesforce solutions, translating functional and business requirements, building and maintaining integrations, collaborating with business and CRM teams, and contributing to data models, automation, security, roles, permissions, and connections with platforms such as Databricks, Data Lake, or Azure.

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer / Technical Consultant (CRM & Integrations) with approximately 3 to 6 years of experience in Salesforce development or CRM projects, hands-on development experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, and demonstrated experience developing with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, Flows, and unit tests.

Requirements

• Approximately 3 to 6 years of experience in Salesforce development or CRM projects
• Hands-on development experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
• Demonstrated experience developing with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, Flows, and unit tests
• Experience developing or maintaining integrations through REST/SOAP APIs and data synchronization mechanisms
• Experience understanding business processes and translating functional needs into concrete technical solutions
• Experience with Genesys Cloud or equivalent Contact Center integrations
• Experience working in international or multi-geography environments
