Role Overview

The Brand & Marketing Ops Associate is a critical execution and operational resource for gFiber, facilitating the daily operations of the Brand, Marketing Strategy and Communications team and ensuring seamless implementation of initiatives across the enterprise. The role will have a meaningful impact across branded, customer-facing touchpoints as well as be integral to internal operations.

What You Will Do

Serve as operational catalyst and liaison between creative teams, product managers, sales, digital/UX, legal, finance, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of projects. Provide comprehensive range of operational support to Brand, Marketing & Communications initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in marketing operations, sales environment, project management, or account management within a business setting.
  • Experience and comfort with digital tools for productivity, collaboration, and project management, including spreadsheets, dashboards, databases, digital file structures, Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets).
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities needed to collaborate with cross-functional creative, technical, and executive teams.
