Senior Data Analyst – Azure & Power BI

Role Overview

Our client is seeking a senior data analyst to contribute to a major data transformation project, acting as a liaison between business experts, data architects, and development teams.

What You Will Do

Analyze, profile, and document data from source systems, write functional specifications and business rules, participate in data modeling activities, and collaborate on ETL and data dashboard configuration works.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or functional analysis in data projects
• Experience in data analysis in data warehouse, lake, or data dashboard projects
• Proven experience in writing functional specifications
• Good knowledge of data modeling and associated tools
• Knowledge of ETL processes
• Experience with multiple Azure components: Data Lake, Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, Blob Storage, Synapse Analytics
• Good knowledge of Power BI (Desktop, Service, Gateway)
• Experience in multidisciplinary teams in Agile mode
• Participation in at least one major data project
