CRM Analyst SR

Role Overview

As a CRM Analyst SR at GHFLY, you will be responsible for acting as a reference for CRM in the company’s projects, designing solutions for business-oriented relationship management.

What You Will Do

You will map the ecosystem, tools, and data of partner retailers to propose activation, segmentation, journey, and measurement strategies. You will conduct diagnostics, build strategic plans, and business cases, translating client objectives into prioritized initiatives for re-purchase, retention, cross-selling, and activation of the base.

Requirements

• Experience in CRM strategy and lifecycle
• Segmentation, journeys, relationship programs, and loyalty, re-purchase, and retention
• Designing solutions, building business cases, and defining KPIs, A/B tests, and measurement models of incrementality
• Experience in the consumer goods or retail segment, working with CRM, trade marketing, retail media, or data from partner retailers
• Persuasive communication, consultative posture, and ease of presenting solutions to executives and stakeholders
• Technical knowledge (SQL, AMPscript/SSJS, APIs REST/SOAP) and use of generative AI tools for analysis and construction of strategic deliverables
• Knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem (Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud/CDP, Service Cloud) or other platforms like Insider, Braze, and Dito
