CRM Manager

Role Overview

The CRM Manager will lead the CRM team, acting as technical, strategic, and operational leadership with major global clients. The role involves planning and implementing multi-channel relationship, profitability, and loyalty strategies, as well as conducting and presenting RFPs and commercial proposals to clients and prospects.

What You Will Do

The CRM Manager will direct people, including 1:1 meetings, feedback, PDI, performance evaluation, and continuous training of the team. They will also lead customer analytics and advanced segmentation projects to optimize the consumer journey and re-purchase.

Requirements

• Solid experience in CRM management, process automation, and relationship strategies in marketing agencies or large companies
• Mastery of CRM platforms, focusing on the Salesforce ecosystem
• Consolidated experience in people management, leading 1:1 conversations, feedback, PDI, and performance evaluation
• Experience in conducting and defending RFPs, executive presentations, and continuous negotiation with major accounts
• Practical and strategic knowledge in data, segmentation models, customer analytics, and business metric tracking
• Excellent persuasive communication, resilience, emotional intelligence, and proactive profile in the face of problems and opportunities
• Knowledge and practical experience in the use of Artificial Intelligence tools applied to the workflow and operation
