Working Student (m/f/d) for Sales Operations with Focus on AI & Solutions for Salesforce

Role Overview

We are looking for a working student for our Sales Strategy & Excellence department to implement Salesforce functionalities, work on AI use cases, and improve the Salesforce platform.

What You Will Do

Your tasks will include implementing new Salesforce functionalities, developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions, and troubleshooting Salesforce-related issues.

Requirements

• Enrolled student in business informatics, computer science, business administration with a technical focus, or a comparable field
• Strong practical experience in Salesforce administration and configuration
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce development projects using Apex and Lightning Web Components
• Good understanding of Salesforce automation, particularly Flow, as well as data models, permissions, reports and dashboards
• Basic knowledge of SOQL, Salesforce testing concepts and deployment processes
• Good written and spoken English skills
