Role Overview
The Director, GTM Strategy & Operations will be a critical driver of launch success, orchestrating channel strategy and program-level capital allocation while staying close enough to the work to run tactics and optimize in-flight. This role will help shape the GTM approach for each new area as Gifthealth expands its services for patients, extends the therapeutic areas it supports for prescribers, and onboards new brand drug partners.
What You Will Do
The ideal candidate will move fluidly between strategic planning and hands-on execution, and bring a B2B2C mindset: comfortable influencing clinical stakeholders along the prescription journey while also building adoption and adherence among patients starting treatment.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of experience in GTM strategy, commercialization, or marketing operations, with direct ownership of channel strategy and budget, and will be able to make and defend program-level investment decisions across marketing channels.
