Requirements
- 2+ years of quota-carrying digital media, advertising, or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of independently owning and exceeding a monthly revenue target
- Experience building an outbound pipeline independently
- Comfortable owning the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
- Experience selling multi-channel or integrated media packages
- Existing brand or agency relationships you can activate quickly
- Sharp written and verbal communication
- Genuine excitement about the Girlboss brand and the women’s media space
