Girlboss is a modern media company looking for an Account Executive to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of quota-carrying digital media, advertising, or B2B sales experience and a proven track record of independently owning and exceeding a monthly revenue target.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of quota-carrying digital media, advertising, or B2B sales experience
  • Proven track record of independently owning and exceeding a monthly revenue target
  • Experience building an outbound pipeline independently
  • Comfortable owning the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
  • Experience selling multi-channel or integrated media packages
  • Existing brand or agency relationships you can activate quickly
  • Sharp written and verbal communication
  • Genuine excitement about the Girlboss brand and the women’s media space
