Role Overview
The Senior Financial Analyst – Logistics will provide financial planning, analysis, and business partnership for Logistics, with a focus on freight, warehousing, and distribution performance. This role partners closely with Logistics and Supply Chain teams to drive cost visibility, productivity, forecast accuracy, and fact-based decision-making that improves service, profitability, and end-to-end supply chain performance.
What You Will Do
The Senior Financial Analyst – Logistics will analyze freight, warehousing, and distribution costs, develop cost-to-serve analyses, and support logistics sourcing and carrier evaluations. They will also provide financial insight on freight, distribution, and warehousing performance, translate logistics priorities into budgets and forecasts, and identify emerging financial risks and opportunities.

Requirements
- Completion of university degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline
- Minimum 4 years of progressive financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or business-partnering experience
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting, variance analysis, and financial modelling
- Experience supporting Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing, Distribution, and/or Operations
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and variance analysis
- Strong understanding of Logistics financial drivers, including freight, warehousing, distribution, productivity, rate, volume, mix, and cost-to-serve
- Strong analytical, financial modelling, business-case, reporting, and problem-solving capabilities with high attention to detail
- Ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional stakeholders in Finance and Supply Chain
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex financial and operational information into clear actions
- Experience with ERP systems, Excel, and Power BI or similar analytics tools; S/4HANA experience is an asset
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes, automate reporting, and work effectively with large data sets
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
