Role Overview
The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for structuring processes, ensuring a rigorous follow-up of performance indicators, accompanying sales teams in achieving their objectives, and playing a true coordination role between field teams and Commercial Management. The ideal candidate will be recognized for their analytical skills, organizational sense, leadership, and ability to transform commercial data into concrete action plans.
What You Will Do
The Sales Operations Manager will supervise the administrative and operational follow-up of the entire sales force’s activities, ensure the daily management of commercial performances through reliable follow-up indicators, and design, implement, and improve commercial performance dashboards.

Requirements
- Higher education level of Bac+5 (Master) in Commerce, Management, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the management or leadership of commercial teams within the insurance, banking, or financial sector
- Confirmed experience in a Sales Operations Manager, Commercial Administration Manager, Commercial Performance Manager, or equivalent position
- Excellent knowledge of products, commercial processes, and operations specific to the insurance sector
- Solid experience in management, leadership, and accompaniment of commercial teams
- Demonstrated ability to structure and follow up on concrete action plans with a high impact on commercial performance
- Significant experience in the management of projects related to the improvement of commercial performance
- Strong ability to identify commercial development opportunities and ensure their implementation
- Excellent mastery of reporting, data analysis, and performance follow-up tools (KPI)
- Very good analytical and synthesizing skills allowing for the production of relevant recommendations for management
- Ability to design effective follow-up systems for commercial activities, particularly in terms of prospecting and contract renewal
- Excellent communication skills in French and English
- Ability to animate effective meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions
- Affirmed leadership, organizational sense, rigor, and excellent ability to work under pressure
- Excellent relational qualities, team spirit, and results-oriented approach
