Senior Partner Manager

Role Overview

As a Senior Partner Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and development of a strategic partner portfolio in fiber-optic expansion. You will evaluate and develop our turnkey partners on an organizational, structural, and performance-related level and ensure that they are able to meet the expansion targets of GlasfaserPlus in the long term.

What You Will Do

You will conduct regular business reviews and steering boards with our partners, evaluate their performance, and make appropriate measures to stabilize and develop the collaboration. You will analyze partner performance, quality indicators, risks, and capacities on a project-by-project basis and create transparency about trends, deviations, and action requirements.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You will identify structural performance deficits early on and conduct GAP analyses in terms of organization, resources, processes, and performance of our partners. You will develop sustainable improvement programs and accompany their implementation to continuously improve quality, efficiency, and delivery capacity.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience (at least 5 years) in partner, supplier, vendor, contract, or infrastructure management.
• Experience in managing complex service provider or partner structures, ideally in the infrastructure, telecommunications, construction, or energy sector.
• Proven experience in negotiations, escalation management, and stakeholder management at management level.
• Well-developed analytical skills and experience in KPI-based management and performance management.
• Experience in contract and risk management.
• High level of independence and ability to make decisions in a dynamic environment.
• Very good knowledge of German and English.
